    Her experience spans every phase of development—from concept to construction to fully furnished midterm rentals. She’s worked closely with developers, city agencies, and contractors, coordinating fast-moving projects with style and precision. Most recently, Anila oversaw the launch of a 7-unit midterm rental portfolio that outperformed projections and leased up in record time.
